The opportunity to take to the road and attend a wedding a short drive from our Sunshine Coast home base is a welcome adventure for our Tinker Caravan Bar. We kindly accepted an invitation to the union of Beth and Damian in Byron Bay and hauled our beautiful 1962 vintage van to the grounds of the Ewingsdale Hall.
A Friday wedding welcomed in the weekend so that all invited could enjoy a long weekend escape from the city, what a terrific idea!
The day unfolded beginning with a beautiful outdoor ceremony under a natural arbour with Modern Love Ceremonies .
Beth chose amazing statement florals pulled together by The French Petal
Beth and Damian created their own signature drink to enjoy and share with guests.
Beth settled on a pretty version of Gin and Tonic utilising a local distilled Ink Gin which has a distinctive violet colour.
Damian chose an Apple Whisky Sour with fresh apples juiced that very morning by plenty of menfolk assistance.
Simple styling was chosen to enjoy the Ewingsdale Hall with white wooden seating and raw timber long tables. A huge eye catching feature was the stunning floral garland in the rafters above the dinner tables. Guests enjoyed a delicious meal prepared by caterers Hungry Like the Wolf.
Lets bring the party! Band, 'West Texas Crude' played all night long and got everyone moving. Tinker served up the libations and everyone truly enjoyed celebrating their good friends and now MAN and WIFE, Mr and Mrs Quagliatini !!
Their photographer took them to a variety of fun and beautiful locations for their special moments together. Beautifully captured Carly!
