Willie Smith's Organic Cider
Who is Willie Smith? Well not unlike the mysterious James Boag he hails from Tasmania but rather than beer he produces a delicious apple cider.
Tasmania is famous for growing great apples and Willie's apples are sourced from their farm, 115 acres in the Huon Valley 35 minutes south of Hobart. It's kinda special here because the air is so clean. It has been measured and results have shown to be the cleanest air IN THE WORLD. Yes! The World! That's a great statistic and something to be very proud of. The Willie Smith Cidery is located onsite at the orchard meaning that the fruit travels a very small distance from tree to bottle. Let's not forget, it's organic, for a healthier drop and a healthier Tassie.
Try their Traditional Cider
Bottled in 750ml this cider will create interest for your guests and a drink that they will feel curious to try. There is nothing quite like having an unexpected drink available to help everyone feel that this must be a special occasion! It is made in the traditional English and French Farmhouse style and is a beautiful golden colour with a medium sweet taste finishing with a dry mouthfeel.
Wille Smith's Farmhouse Perry
Served in 330ml bottles at 4.7% ABV this is an ideal size to enjoy from the bottle straight out of the ice box. This one is 100% Australian pears and has been aged to produce a rounded and mellow cider with juicy pear flavours.

Ok, we're heading for the hills with this one. The Adelaide Hills. Once again this region boasts some of the best apple growing regions in the country.
The (awarded) Hills Cider Company is producing an Apple Cider, a Pear Cider and a Hybrid which is what caught our eye with these guys. Of course, they pick only the best South Australian apples for their cider but with their hybrid they have come to our backyard and found the best GINGER in Australia to create a stunning Apple and Ginger Cider. With Buderim Sunshine Coast Ginger, we just L O V E this drink!
Another drop from Huon Valley Tasmania, Frank's Cider operate a cellar door and cafe restaurant in a former church hall on the Huon River in Franklin. While you might not be heading down that way to have a sample you can get your hands on Frank's Summer Cider at Dan Murphy's stores in Noosaville, Coolum, Buddina, Caloundra and their outlets in Brisbane and the Gold Coast.
Some of Frank's apples are sourced from heritage trees that are over 160years old. Today's 5th and 6th generations have blended quality fruits to adventure into the delicious world of Cherry Pear Cider and Raspberry Pear Cider.
